Show Notes

What exactly is trauma, and how can we talk about trauma in a healthy way?
How does one become aware of where trauma is present in their own lives, in their families, and in their communities?
How does unpacking the trauma in our lives open us up to possibility, and what can we do to create structures and environments to help us live our best lives?

In this wide ranging conversation about this complex topic, Dr. Agrawal paints a picture of optimism, and how, through practice, we can unlock both our agency and creativity in pursuit of a hopeful future.
